Connecting bank account

I tried to clear my cache and reset my phone with no luck still. I cannot connect my bank account.  I am currently on a free trial membership not sure if that is affecting the ability to connect my bank account.

Welcome back to the Community, @JGill.

I appreciate the steps you’ve taken in order to resolve the error message when adding a bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

Even with a trial version of QuickBooks, you should be able to add a bank account without any issue. I’ve got additional steps you can try to fix the problem.

Let’s uninstall and reinstall your QBSE app. Here’s how:

Uninstall app in android:
1.    Go to the Settings app and tap Apps or Applications.
2.    Scroll down the list until you find the QBSE app. Tap it and hit Uninstall.

Reinstall app in android:
1.    Visit the Google Play Store.
2.    Tap on the 3 line icon, then My Apps & Games.
3.    Go to the Library tab and reinstall QBSE app.

Open the app and try adding the bank. If you continue to get the same result, please get back to me so I can take a further look at the issue.
