We haven't received any reports about being unable to use the copy and paste functionality. Let's get your Copy & Paste functionality to work on your newly upgraded QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022 successfully.
We can use the Verify and Rebuild tool to identify any potential data damage that may cause this issue. Before doing this, it's always best to secure a backup copy of your company file.
Then follow the steps below to Verify the data:
- Go to the File menu.
- Scroll down to Utilities.
- Select Verify Data.
- Click OK.
To Rebuild Data:
- Go back to the File menu.
- Choose Utilities.
- Select Rebuild Data.
- Click on OK when you get the message Rebuild has completed.

Once done, check if you can now copy and paste your transactions in the banking page. Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support team to help you check the issue further. They can also request to investigate the problem whenever necessary.
