The funds will be put on hold if it requires some verification to protect both parties involved in the payment process. You should receive an email with specific instructions on how to fix it. Please follow the steps in the email.
However, if you have done it already and you still haven't received the payment, please reach out to our QuickBooks Payments Team. They have all the tools needed to see the status of it and so you'll be able to receive the money.
