Customer Check Returned Electronically

A customer paid me via check electronically through QuickBooks app.  Then their check was returned and charged $10 for that return.  When the transaction came back through my bank, I didn't have enough funds to accept the $95 return and it was returned back to Quickbooks.  How do I go about clearing this up?  Do I need to call QuickBooks directly to have them process the return to my bank again?

You can contact Intuit Merchants Support Team. They have the tools to trace the transaction and help you get to the bottom of this. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select ? Help and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Choose you'd like to be assisted. If it's either a callback or through messaging.
  5. Enter your details for the verification.
  6. Confirm the request.
