Data missing from download

Hey there, Tom. I know some ways how to see your data within the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). 

In QBSE, you can normally find the downloaded transactions within the Transaction menu. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Transactions menu located at the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Type dropdown and choose the All option.
3. In the Account dropdown, select an account where you downloaded these certain transactions. 
4. Within the Date dropdown, click All.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting the QBSE Support so that they can investigate the cause of this issue.

Furthermore, you can also categorize your transactions to organize  your income and expenses so you know what areas of your self-employed business have the biggest impact.
