It's great to see you back in the Community. Once the transaction is in the "Reviewed" section of the Banking screen, then the QBO balance will update. There are times that you may need to clear your browser's history before seeing the transaction updated on the balance. With that being said, let's try to log into your account through an incognito window or private browser. Here's how:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
Afterward, try going to the balance and see if it updated. If so, go back to your regular browser and clear your cache and cookies. If not, can you provide me with a screenshot of the transaction and the balance? This will allow me to determine the best solution to this problem.
