Thanks for posting here in the Community. Processing ACH transactions or bank transfers may take 2-7 business days to be deposited to your account for the first time of using this feature.

 

Should the payment is still not deposited within the period, I’d recommend contacting our Payments Support Team to help you verify the status of the payment.

Deposit on hold

I have $6750. The QuickBooks will not return to me and all they keep saying if they can’t tell me one and I can barely understand anybody that’s on the line QuickBooks is ripping people off. I’ll read a lot of the trans on here and I seen that this is a joke. I have a big social media following and I’m going to definitely get the word out. QuickBooks is ripping people off they say call customer service customer service don’t help I never got an email or a phone call anything this is outrageous and all he did was close the quickbooks banking account, which I never authorized my.

To safeguard the interests of each party in the payment process, the QuickBooks Payments team holds payments for review. 

 

I am aware that you have reached out to our Payments support. However, I would still recommend calling them again, as I cannot disclose private information in this public forum for security purposes. Thus, one of the agents will be able to access your account, check the status of your payments, and determine why your funds are on hold.

Deposit on hold

Mine was not resolved. I received a message from y’all stayed in a number from 6 AM to 6 PM and lo and behold y’all not even open yet is this some type of joke? How do I get my money back from y’all is QuickBooks a scam I have a huge social media following and I’m posting this every time just so everyone can see the lies that y’all keep telling. I cannot understand anyone in customer service. They are rude disrespectful and won’t give me any information on my account come on it’s not your money.
