1. In QuickBooks, press the File menu at the top and choose Printer Setup.
2. This will open a window where you can update the printer’s settings.
3. From there, click the Form Name drop-down to select Deposits.
4. Press the Options menu to see the device’s properties.
5. Tap the Orientation drop-down and pick the correct layout.
6. Then click the Advanced button to configure the paper format.
7. Click the Paper Size drop-down and choose the one you wish to use.
8. Tap OK for the changes to take effect.
