Does all transactions disappear once reconciled? I see them on Profit

Hello, eaglerocks47.

I'll provide more details about the reconciled transactions.

Those reconciled transactions won't disappear from your QuickBooks Online account. They'll stay in your books until they're manually deleted.

Are you looking at the reconciliation screen? If so, those reconciled transactions won't show up. This is normal, and if you want to see them, you'll want to pull up the Reconciliation report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Chart of Accounts page, then click the Reconcile tab.
  2. Click the History by Account link.
  3. Find the reconciled period, then click View report.

You can review the list of transactions you reconciled within that period. The report will also let you know if there were any changes with them.

If not, I take it that you're looking at the Profit and Loss report. Unlike the reconciliation screen, they will always show up on all reports.

If you need a reference about the reconciliation process, feel free to read this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online

Do you see any changes with your reconciled transactions (that cause balance issues)? This article can help you fix them: Fix issues at the end of a reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.

Need to record the next period's transactions or do you need help managing your expenses and income? We have guides to help you sort them out. Read more about them from the articles list page

I'm happy to show you around again if you need more help with the reconciliation process. Ask away if you have other questions regarding QuickBooks Online. I'm here to help.
