Hey there, @toriaflower8.
I understand your frustration with the inconvenience this has caused. I'll join this discussion to give guidance on how to fix the issue you're having in the Transactions section.
Since your browser seems to be the cause of your pages not responding and taking too long to load, this may be related to cache or other temporary internet data. Let's launch an incognito window to test the website's loading performance.
Here's how to access incognito mode:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you can use QuickBooks without experiencing slow speeds and unresponsive sites while browsing privately, we will need to fix the regular browser by clearing the cache.
If it persists when you're browsing in private mode, we can try switching to a different and most up-to-date web browser. Check out this article for your guide: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
As you enter each new transaction into QuickBooks, you'll need to assign it a specific category for all purchases, whether imported from your bank or entered manually. Please see this page for your reference: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Don't hesitate to mention me if you need help managing your transaction in QuickBooks Self-Employed. In everything you do, know that I'm here for you.
