Before we proceed, may I know if there are any specific errors you've encountered as you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, we can check if there are any reported issues regarding this, allowing us to provide you with the correct information on how long it will take.
In the meantime, let's update your bank manually to refresh the connection and allow the impacted account to resume downloading transactions into QuickBooks. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Transactions menu, then choose Bank Transactions.
- Click Update located beside the Link Account dropdown.
If your transactions are now downloaded to QBO, you can now proceed with categorizing your transactions.
