Welcome to Community. I'm happy to provide some insight on a bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Self-Employed mainly tracks business income and expenses to help estimate your taxes. Bank reconciliation is currently not an option available in the program.
If you'd like, I can personally submit feedback to our product developers so this could be considered in a future update.
