Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Community page, @evelynpb.
Sometimes, your browser tends to store cache, which causes issues with your account. Let's open an incognito or private browser and access your account from there. This mode helps prevent the cache from being stored.
Here are the keyboard shortcut keys:
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you're able to work fine from there, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. The browser tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
You can click this article for more troubleshooting steps on how to fix issues when you're reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online.
Also, I've added this article in case you'll want to print or export a reconciliation report in the future: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?.
I'm always here to help if you have any other questions, @evelynpb. Just mention my name in the comment section below and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. Keep safe!
