Buy nowHi there, @wdwmedia-gmail-c.
Glad to see you here! I'm here to share some steps to ensure everything is working seamlessly.
Before we start, is everything else importing except the shipping charges? Knowing this would allow me to dig further into your concern specifically.
It may take a while to bring in your eBay transactions. Try periodically refreshing the page to see if it loads your shipping charges. If it doesn't work, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If your shipping charges appear, you may have accumulated too much historical data in your browser. I recommend clearing the cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.
When everything is good, match them on your banking tab: Head to this article and proceed to Step 2: Connect to eBay Managed Payments.
I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your response. Please come back any time you need a helping hand. We're always around to help you. Take care and have a great day!

The issue is that the amount paid to eBay for shipping is not showing properly.
The issue is that what I pay eBay for shipping is not showing up as an expense.
Let's find out why the eBay shipping fee isn't showing as an expense so we'll know what to do, wdwmedia.
May I know how did you try to record the shipping fee? In QuickBooks Online (QBO), any transactions entered as an expense or income should show on the banking page provided it's connected to your bank. You'll want to reach out to the eBay support team to help you double-check with the setup. In the meantime, you can exclude the shipping charge if it's posted to the incorrect account. To do this, you can follow the step below:
Once corrected, you can import the transactions. On the other hand, learn how to add and match your bank transactions after they are downloaded from your bank. To give you more details on how this works, I've added this article for your guide: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.
