Hi, snkswellseasoned.
I'm here to help and ensure you'll be able to set up your banking feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.
Updating the QuickBooks Desktop release version is a good start when it comes to fixing program-related issues and makes sure to create a back up copy of your company file.
Once done, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague above. However, if you're still unable to set up your bank feeds, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Desktop Support for further investigation.
To learn more about banking in QuickBooks Desktop, you can visit our Help Articles for some "How do I" step.
Don't hesitate to drop me a reply below if you have any other bank feeds concerns. I'd love to help.
