Join nowQuickBooks 2019 Desktop for Mac multi-user mode. When I go to reconcile the bank account I get the following error message. Please advise -
It's possible that another user is also working on the same page as you are, gmojo02.
When you receive this error message, you can press OK. and you will be able to continue with the reconciliation. If it doesn't work, let's update your QuickBooks to the latest release. Here's an article for the detailed steps: Update QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Then, access the reconciliation page again.

Thank-you for the prompt reply. We have confirmed that no other user is accessing the database when we get the error message. All iMac's including QB server are running the latest version (2019 18.0.6.3350 R7.1). We are going to try to restore the database back a few days and will let you no if that resolves the issue -
