Thanks for the reply. However, I was asking about the Etsy Connector App not being able to import any data from 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023 from my Etsy shop. It only imported the last 6 months only nothing from 2023.
Thanks for the reply. However, I'm having a problem with the Etsy Connector App not importing any data more than 6 months going back to 4/9/2024.
I want to import last year's data from my Etsy shop going back to 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023. The Etsy Connector App will not offer a selection for any time in 2023. Last year it worked fine, this year it is not getting data any older than 6 months.

As previously stated, the application has the capability to bring in transactions dating back to January 1 of the previous year of the current calendar year. In this case, transactions dated from 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023 can be imported into QuickBooks.
If you continue to experience difficulties with importing transactions, it may be helpful to reach out to Etsy Support for assistance in reviewing possible issues with connection or setup.
If you'd like to keep your entries up to date, you can track the historical data manually or use a third-party app for now.
