Good evening, I just activated my QB Self-Employed web account. How do I link my 2019 QB Pro desktop info into the web version?

Good evening, I just activated my QB Self-Employed web account. How do I link my 2019 QB Pro desktop info into the web version?

Welcome to the Community, @cole0076,

Let me share some information about linking your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

The option to link from QBDT to QBSE is currently unavailable. Since QBSE is designed for a specific type of business owner like freelancers and self-employed individuals.

Although, you can import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed using a CSV file.

Here's how:

1. On your QBDT, go to your Profile icon and select Imports.
2. Click Import transactions.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.

4. Then select Import.

You can refer to this article for detailed information: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll also share this link where you can search for articles to learn more about managing your QBSE account: QBSE Help Articles.

Let us know if you require further assistance with linking your QBDT to your QBSE account. The Community team always has your back. Have a great day!
