QuickBooks Checking cannot connect to your financial institution. The only option is to link an external account to QuickBooks Checking for fund transfers to an external bank, lcarbrey.
Here's how you can connect an external account:
- Navigate to the Lending & Banking section and choose QuickBooks Checking.
- Click on Transfer and then choose Transfer Money.
- Select Add a bank.
- Enter the name of your bank and select the type of account you have.
- Type in your account number and the routing number.
- When you're ready to connect, select Next.
- Go to Lending & banking, then QuickBooks Checking.
- Select Verify bank.
- Enter the two deposit amounts made by QuickBooks, regardless of the order, then click on Confirm.
