- Invoices change to Pledge.
- Customers switch to Donors.

To set up your company as a nonprofit, kindly follow these steps:
- Open your QuickBooks account and click the Gear icon from the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Pick Accounts and settings and select the Advanced tab.
- Tick the Pencil icon on the Company type field.
- Select Nonprofit organization (Form 990).
- Hit Save and then Done.
- Refresh your browser or sign out and log in again with your account to apply the updates made.

However, if you mean conveying your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription to the QuickBooks TechSoup plan, there's no direct option for this action. That said, I suggest contacting our Support Team so they can assist you further regarding this matter.
