Has anyone else had trouble with recurring transactions?

Hello there, amfam032818.

 

I'd like to know more in regards to your recurring transactions. Did you encounter an error? Is it a trouble in the scheduled recurring transactions that are not created? If so, let's do a few troubleshooting steps and check if it is a browser related concern.

  1. Use the Incognito window, and check if it works well.
  2. If it does, go back to the main browser and clear the cache.
  3. Use different browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
