Once you're logged in to your bank's website, please check for any updates, messages, or notifications. These messages should outline any procedures you need to follow if any action is required. Here are some common messages to look for:
- New terms of service
- Announcements about maintenance or other site changes
- New offers
If you don’t see anything relevant, I suggest re-contacting our Technical Support Team to follow up on the investigation mentioned by the previous support representative who assisted you.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions via CSV file to manage your transactions. Please keep in mind that once the connection is resolved, any transactions from your bank will automatically download, which might lead to duplicates. In that case, you can exclude them from your bank feeds. Please review the file format and size, and use the following steps to upload:
- Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank Transactions.
- Click the Link Account dropdown and select Upload from file.
- Drag and drop or select the files, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to match the columns on the file with the correct fields, then select Continue.
- Choose the transactions you’d like to import and select Continue. After that, click Yes.
- Lastly, select Done.
