Has anyone had actual success with getting broken bank feeds fixed?

I reached out to Tech Support a month ago regarding broken banking feeds. I troubleshot everything I could on my end before I contacted but it was clear something was broken with the transaction. I spent an hour on the phone which provided no resolution, I was only met with a "we are aware of the issue and we are working on it and will provide updates" 

They also provided me with a "you can manually upload it".. Which is obviously not a solution for us. 

I have not been contacted since and there have been zero updates. Still broken since April 20th. Pretty much crippled my accounting. I can't keep track of invoices/payments.

Can you provide the name of your bank? It'll be easier for us to track if there's still an ongoing investigation related to your bank feeds.

 

Let's try to manually update your bank connection to see if it'll download the latest transactions

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select Update.

Furthermore, you can also upload the transactions manually to ensure the account is up-to-date. Please check this article on how to perform the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

The bank in question is: Citizens Equity First Credit Union

 

All of the troubleshoot techniques were attempted multiple times by myself as well as the agent I worked with over the phone.

I understand the difficulty of not having this function as expected. Our engineers are already working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

I know you've contacted our QuickBooks Customer Support team already. But I'd want to ensure that your company is linked to the investigation so you'll receive updates about its status via email. I'd recommend contacting them again and provide this investigation case ID: INV-45588 for easy tracking.
