Have you had problems with a Bloomerang integration sync?

I didn't like the invoice/payment type of sync, so I deleted those transactions

Have you had problems with a Bloomerang integration sync?

I can provide some insights about Bloomerang integration in QuickBooks Online, @lmansfield.

 

I checked our records and verified that there's no investigation about Bloomerang integration. 

 

I'll also appreciate it if you can provide additional information about your concern in integrating Bloomerang with QuickBooks. This way, I can provide the steps to help you fix this.

 

In the meantime, let's try disconnecting and reconnecting the app to refresh the connection. Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Apps then select My Apps.
  3. Click the Action ▼ drop-down menu, and then choose Disconnect
  4. Complete the short questionnaire.
  5. Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile. After, reconnect the app again.

I also encourage you to contact the Bloomerang support team. This way, they can assist and check the connection between their app and QuickBooks Online.
