Let's try filtering the date from your Transactions window to show all the receipts downloaded in the system. This can be the reason why you're not seeing the receipts.
Here's how:
- Select Transactions from the left pane.
- From the Account: All drop-down, select the account where entries are downloaded from.
- From the Date drop-down menu, select All.
