QuickBooks Online does not support processing of Schedule K-1 at the moment. Though, you can download the form directly from the IRS website. Then, run the financial reports in your account and use the information in manually processing the form.
You can download the form from this link: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs-search?search=k1.
I would also recommend sending a feature request about being able to process Schedule K-1 in in QuickBooks Online. Please click the Gear icon and click Feedback.

You can also use the Balance Sheet report to track investments or other related reports.
Check out our Reports Help page to learn more about what reports are available in QBO and how to use them: Reports Hub for QuickBooks Online

Is there a way to produce the K-1 on Desktop?
