Are you trying to import invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO)?
If this is what you're to do in QuickBooks, you can use a CSV file to download multiple invoices using into the program.
Let's start by preparing your spreadsheet. You can download a sample file found in the product's setting. Simply go to Settings ⚙ and select Import data. Then, click Invoices and Download sample csv.
Your spreadsheet should be .csv format and have the following columns:
If your spreadsheet has new products or services, customers, and vendors, be sure to add them in QuickBooks before importing.
Once done, here's how to upload your spreadsheet so you can start the import.
If you have new imported customers without setting its proper currency, QuickBooks assumes the currency is USD. If you have multicurrency turned on, you can import invoices in foreign currencies.
Lastly, map your import fields and make sure that everything looks good. Then, select Start import and click OK if all your invoices have imported successfully.
