How can I import transactions using .CSV format when I continue to receive error?

Hi, Buch.

You will encounter an error when importing transactions if you have incorrect mapping or formatting, or if you are only importing money-out transactions.

To resolve the error, ensure your .CSV file has the required columns ("Date," "Description," and "Amount"), uses the correct date format (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY), removes any unnecessary symbols or blank spaces, and aligns with QuickBooks' sample template for proper formatting.

You can refer to the article titled "Common Errors When Importing Bank Transactions Using CSV" for additional guidance.

Once you've resolved any errors, you'll be able to successfully import your transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are here to help.
