I'll walk you through in transferring money from your checking account to your business account in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
- Go to Lending & banking, then select QuickBooks Checking.
- Choose Transfer then select Transfer money.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- In the From ▼ dropdown, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
- In the To ▼ dropdown, select your connected bank account.
- Click Next.
- Select Finish transfer.
For the negative amount, I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. You can request a screen-sharing session so they can review your account.
Here’s how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?).
- Select the Assistant tab to get started and get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
- You can then choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a call back from the next available expert.
