I know how important it is to be notified right after doing any transactions in your account to let you know you're in the right track for this.
Please know that QuickBooks Online doesn't have a sound setting when making transactions. The sound that you've heard probably came from your device or browser that triggers the beeping sound.
I recommend sending this as a feature. This way, our engineers can check on it so they may consider it.
Here's how:
1. Select the Gear Icon. Located in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Click Feedback, then feel free to share your thought.
3. Tap Next.
