How can i view the last bank reconciliation in QBOline (the way to do it on desktop is nowhere to be found in QBO)

Good Morning, @AVSIjon.

I can walk you through the steps of how to view the last bank reconciliation that was done in QuickBooks Online. The steps are different from QuickBooks Desktop, but they're easy to go through.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab on the left-hand menu bar.
  2. Select the Reconcile section at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the History by account option in blue writing beside Summary

       4. Pick the Account and Report period

       5. Afterward, press View Report in the "Action" column on the last reconcile you've done.

From here, you'll be able to see all the information that you reconciled within that period. You can learn more about reconciling reports through this link.

If you have any other questions or concerns, just let me know. I'm always here to lend a helping hand.

@AVSljon

I see what you mean, in QBO they don't have the last bank rec link as they have on the QB desktop. You need to run the specific reconciliation report for the statement ending date you want.

There's NO undo bank rec either.

Hello there, DR422. We can access the reconciliation section via either the Transactions tab or the Gear icon. This section was recently moved to the Transactions tab to improve user experience and workflow efficiency by consolidating all transaction-related tasks into one centralized location. I'm here to guide you through both access methods.

Here's how to view the last bank reconciliation via the Transactions tab:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Reconcile.
  2. Click History by account.
  3. Choose the Account and Report period.

Here's how to access your last bank reconciliation through the Gear icon:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under TOOLS, click Reconcile.
  3. Click History by account.
  4. Choose the Account and Report period.
