Welcome to the Community, kaitlynarrington.

At this time, you can add those past 90 days' worth of transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account. Let me show you the process.

  1. Log in to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank’s instructions to get a copy of the data and ensure that the date range is correct to avoid duplicates, and within the data you need
  3. Save it on your computer either through a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) or a QuickBooks Online (QBO) file format.
  4. Download your transactions and save the file to your desktop.

Now, you can start uploading the transactions into QuickBooks.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Banking menu and select the bank where you’re uploading the transactions from the Banking tab.
  3. Click the Update drop-down and select File upload.
  4. On the window that appears, click the Browse button and choose the file that you’ll be downloading.
  5. Click on Open, then Next.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, then select Next.
  7. Click on Let's go. QuickBooks will now add the transactions to your account.

Check this article for more information about the process is shared above: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

From here, you can now categorize and then reconcile the transactions.

Please let me know if there’s anything else that we can help with. Have a great rest of your day!

Another option, utilize SlickConnect. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
