How do i change QB payments from going into QB checking and instead direct them to my other linked checking account?

Thank you for bringing this out to the Community, @warren32.

You have the option to modify the bank account where QuickBooks sends the payments every time you process credit card and ACH payments. This account is also referred to as your payments account.

QuickBooks can deposit customer payments into any standard US-based checking or savings account.

If you change your account after 3 PM PT, we will deposit your payment(s) to the new account on the next business day. However, payments processed before 3 PM PT will be credited to your old account.

When adding a bank account for Standard Deposit Account, simply input your routing and account number.

Here's How:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account in a web browser.

2. Click on Settings, and then select Account and settings

3. Choose the Payments tab and go to the Deposits section next to Standard Deposits.

4. Click on Change bank and then select Add new bank account

5. Enter the account and routing number of the new bank account you want to use, and then select Save

6. Find the new bank account from the list and select Verify

7. Enter the two small amounts deposited to the new bank account.

8. Review the bank account information and complete your request.

Additionally, you can refer to this article for more detailed information about the Standard deposit account or Instant deposit account: Change the deposit bank account for QuickBooks Payments.
