We can directly change the date as long as your books have not been closed yet. If it's closed, we'll need to supply the closing password.
Before we proceed, may I ask what kind of transaction are you trying to change the date? You can follow these steps to locate and change:
- Go to the Magnifying glass.
- Search for the transaction you want to edit.
- On the Date box, change the date you want.
- Click Save.
