I'm here to offer my help and make sure that you're able to clear the imported file, nat-dine-n-dance.
For now, disconnecting Shopify or an app in QuickBooks Commerce does not automatically remove the downloaded data.
However, you can open each transaction or product and service and delete them one at a time. I'd be glad to share the steps with you.
Here's how to delete a transaction in QuickBooks Commerce:
- Go to Sales Orders, then look for Orders.
- Open each transaction that you want to delete.
- Click More actions at the bottom and choose Delete.
- Select Yes, Delete Order.
For products and services:
- Go to Inventory, then select Products.
- Select the checkboxes next to the products you want to delete.
- From the Bulk Actions ▼ dropdown menu, select Delete Products.
- Enter the displayed confirmation word to proceed.
