I have a trick available to see complete transaction details on your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO), stephen.

In your bank feeds, there’s an option to adjust each section to maximize its space and be able to see the complete details. However, please know that it will also take effect on the other columns. There’s also a horizontal scroll bar to help you move sideward of the page. I added a snapshot below for your visual reference:

Furthermore, you can start categorizing your transactions to add them to the correct category and reconcile them to avoid discrepancies. With that, I’ll leave you with these resources for complete guidelines:

Leave a comment below if you have other display preferences for the product. I’m also open to questions about any QuickBooks-related matters you may have. Just don’t hesitate to tap the Reply button to post them here. Take care!

Good morning, @stephenmeyer3-me.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope you're having a great day so far.

You can expand the view of transactions to show 300 at a time. I'll show you how to do this below.

  1. Go to the Bank transactions page.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the Gear Icon
  3. Scroll down and select the 300 bubble from the Page Size section.

That should do the trick. You can also run some different reports to view all your transactions. Such as a Transaction List report. I'll show you how to run one of these reports below.

  1. Go to the Report menu.
  2. In the search bar, type in Transaction
  3. Choose which report you'd like view.

Once you open the report you can Customize it any way you see fit.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Take care and have a wonderful day ahead!

Perhaps I stated my question incorrectly....it's not the number of transactions that are displayed, but the ability to read each transaction completely, meaning it displays only a portion of the line, for example, not the amount.

How do I expand the display of bank transactions to see the entire page rather than just a portion of the page?

Good morning.

How can I make my choise of displaying 300 transactions rather than 50 permanent? Every time I go to a different page or refresh it, it reverts back to 50 transactions only.

Thank you

Thanks for following along with the thread and sharing your concerns, @gulshanLI

I tested this on my side and the changes stayed the same when refreshing the page, etc. With that being said, let's go ahead and try some basic troubleshooting steps, such as clearing the cache from your browser. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your settings not saving. I'm including the links to all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.

Once you've cleared the cache, please be sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm always around to lend a hand. Take care!
