Let's re-sort your Chart of Accounts to fix it. You can follow these steps:
We also need to make sure that your company file isn't damage. Let's run the Verify and Rebuild Data to check any company file issues.

I just check marked "Include Inactive" and pressed "re-sort my list" on Chart of Accounts tab, however, it only resort the list and did not remove the question marks in account names.
I also verified data as you told me so, however, non of the files were damaged.
