Hi, @user68377. I'll make sure to get things done for you and provide you with some information about importing customers' transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
For now, we can only import invoices through QBO Advanced. Since the option to import the customer transactions is not visible on your end, you may upgrade to QBO Advanced or use a third-party application.
If you decide to upgrade to the Advanced version, the complete process is outlined in this link: Import multiple invoices at once in QBO.
You can visit the Intuit App store should you wish to import data using third-party applications.

No--the invoicing is managed through the 3rd party proprietary software, and it's not optional--I have to use that to invoice my customers for the rest of the software to work properly. I just need to import the payments that are received through that software. If we aren't interested in upgrading to Advanced, what App do I need to use to import the payments my customers are making in the third party software?
Glad to have you back here in the Community, user68377.
While we're unable to recommend what application to use, you'll want to search for a third-party payments importer app that integrates with QuickBooks Online.
Please visit our Apps page through your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:
QuickBooks displays the list of applications available that match the description you entered. Once you find the right app, click on it to open it.
You can also visit this link for a better view: https://apps.intuit.com/. From there, you can find different apps that are compatible and designed to work with QuickBooks Online.
To know more about what other formats and information can be imported in QuickBooks, we can go through this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
You can always get back to me if you have any other questions about importing your data, user68377. Just leave a reply below and I'll get back to you. Have a good one.
I'm aware of how to find the apps that theoretically work with QB. What I don't know is what to look for to know what app would work for what I need. If you can't recommend one specific app, I'll take a list that will allow me to import transactions and I can research them on my own.
