I'd be happy to help you figure out why you're having trouble completing a task. Here are some possible explanations and solutions to the issue you're experiencing.
Firstly, make sure that the CSV file you're trying to upload is formatted correctly. QuickBooks Online has specific requirements for CSV files, such as column headers and data structure. Ensure that the file follows these guidelines to guarantee a successful upload. We only need the basic information about your transactions in the CSV file, which are the date, description, and amount (in one or two columns).
Secondly, check that the file size is within the permissible limit. QuickBooks Online has a maximum file size limit for CSV uploads, and exceeding this limit can result in upload failures. If your file is too large, consider splitting it into smaller chunks or compressing it before attempting to upload. If you've already met the CSV format, you can try importing it again.
Additionally, I have included these additional resources that provide more information regarding common errors and the required format when uploading a CSV file:
Furthermore, if you have further questions about importing transactions in QBSE, you can comment below, and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
I had this problem last night and searched the forums for answers. tried everying.
Solution for me was the wipe cache and cookies for intuit and then it imported no problems without having to edit anything in the CSV file.
