For now, linking an old QuickBooks Self-Employed account to a new account is unavailable in the program. However, you can manually import your transactions into QuickBooks. This way, you don't have to manually enter each of them.
Here's how:
- Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
- Click Import transactions.
- Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
- Select Import.
Additionally, after you connect your bank account to QBSE, the program will also automatically download up to 90 days worth of transactions. If you have old transactions that weren't downloaded, here's how to add them: Add older transactions to QuickBooks.
When you're done, review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts.
