how do i recieve my funds on hold now 3 months?

I received a payment and funds have been on hold 3 months now. I've given all requested information to quick books. the help center is saying no accounts open. deposit still on hold. can anyone help. getting very frustrated..

Hello, tecunsavvy. 

 

This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience while using QuickBooks. I get how it feels when you have done everything and sent all the documents they needed and yet aren't addressed right away. 

 

Here in QuickBooks, we want to protect all parties involved in the payment process. Please Refer to the merchant service agreement for more details. That being said, here's the possible reason why funds are on hold.

 

  • When a transaction is processed after several authorization attempts and failures. 
  • When certain transactions require verification of your business type to ensure it is compliant with the Intuit Acceptable Use Policy. 
  • When our systems identify processing patterns that pose a risk to any of the parties involved: You, your customer or to Intuit.

In this case, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant support team. This way, they can look into your account and verify the reason for the long hold.
