Therefore, the answer to your question is no. It doesn't mean you didn't fix it correctly. The notification isn't an error but a permanent record of the alteration made in your books.
You can also consult your accountant to ensure that any changes don't affect other areas of the financial statements, as they have tools to reverse entire reconciliations if necessary.
