How do I remove old transactions? It all seems to mess up reconciliation. I have old transactions that need to be deleted (from when we were on the desktop version).

We can run a quick report to your accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, we can view all of your old transactions and remove them if necessary. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Look for the account that you wanted to open, then select Run report under the ACTION drop-down list.
3. You can filter the Report period to easily locate the old transactions.
4. Click the transaction to open.
5. Once the transaction window is opened, click More and select Delete.

After deleting the old transactions, you'll want to reconcile your accounts again. This way, we can make sure that your books are accurate.

In addition, you can run a Reconciliation Report to review your previous reconciliation in QBO.

I went and deleted some of the transactions and went back to reconciliation.  I am now off by the amounts of those transactions.  Now what do I do?
