To receive a mobile check deposit in QuickBooks Payments requires eligibility criteria. To qualify, your QuickBooks Checking account must be active and maintain good standing. Also, eligibility is influenced by your bank credit score; a higher score increases the likelihood of accessing this feature.

 

To verify, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Solopreneur account from a mobile device.
  2. From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
  3. Look for the option Deposit Checks. If you don't see this option, it means you aren't eligible yet.
