I'll help you start over again, @vronquille2.

You have two options to start over depending on how long you've been using your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. If your account is less than 60 days, you can purge your company file to delete the data. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account as an admin.
  2. Change the URL in your browser's address bar. For example:
       • Before: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage
       • After: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
  3. Type Yes to confirm the action.
  4. Click Wipe Data.

However, if your account is more than 60 days already, you'll have to cancel your account. Then, start a new one.

  1. In your QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. Select Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the onscreen instruction to cancel your account
  5. Then, sign up for a new QuickBooks Online account to start a new company.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.

@vronquille2

If you are using QBO Simple Start or your current account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank QBO account.
