There are a couple of reasons why new transactions aren't downloading in QuickBooks Online. I'l share the troubleshooting steps with you that can resolve some of the most common banking issues in the program.
Start by manually updating the bank in your Online Banking. This forces QBO to get the transactions that were not part of the automatic download. Here's how:
Once done, go back to the For Review tab and check if the transactions are already downloaded.
A possible browser issue might have also prevented the credit card transactions to show up. I'll share more steps on how to resolve common browser issues in QuickBooks Online.
Use an incognito/private browsing session or switch to a different browser. Here are some of keyboard shortcuts to quickly open an incognito session:
