Hello, corw6566. I see how convenient to be able to upload bank data using a .CSV file.
QuickBooks Desktop doesn't currently have the capability to upload .CSV files for banking transactions. However, you can use different methods such as direct connect, or web connect to import your banking transactions into QuickBooks.

As an alternative, you can use a tool like Skyvia to prep and map the .csv properly before import. We used it a few times, and it was quite convenient. You can read more about it here.
