The option to delete a product or service item is unavailable though an item was not used on any transactions. However, we can inactivate it, so it'll not be listed on reports and transactions. If the item was incorrectly entered, you still have the option to edit it. Let me show you how:

You can only make it inactive. You can use a 3rd party tool to delete it if it has no historical data.
Your instructions do not work. I have accounts that have never been used and I get the same message every time I want to inactive them - this account is used by another product or service.
How do we inactive accounts? This cannot be this difficult!
