I no longer need my quickbuicks account but it keeps popping up on my taxes. How can I disconnect the two and make the QB go away?

To start, could you please provide more details about your concern? This way, i can offer a more targeted solution. I'd like to clarify what you meant by the statement "popping up on my taxes." Are you referring to disconnecting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from a tax software? However, if you meant something else, please feel free to add them below.

Popping up....when I'm trying to do my taxes it says I need to complete a specific form because I'm showing to have my own business, and I do not. I was consulting a few years back but no longer do so and do not use qb online for any reason any more.
I no longer consult and do not use qb online anymore. The tax software indicates I need to complete a form because it show's I have a small business, but I do not. I need that to go away. I do not need access to qb online anymore.
