How does everyone cope with how you can never get a straight answer from this company?

Any specific concern?

The problems I have had since starting quickbooks are multiple. No body seems to know the product when I call both sales or the "experts." I keep getting transferred to other people and no one understands what the other one does. You have no tutorials and your products are not labeled properly, therefore I don't know what I am buying. 

Currently, I just need to know how to calculate my taxes using Simple Start. I am a self-employed sole proprietor. I don't do a W-2 or 1099. I was told quickbooks Simple Start does this.

If you're trying to get your taxes and forms automated within your QuickBooks Simple Start account you'll want to have a payroll subscription to either our Core, Premium or Elite payroll packages as all of them include full service payroll. I am in the same position as you. The fact you have to come and request assistance from fellow users is some of the most disgraceful assistance I have ever seen. If you ever get yours straightened out let me know how you reached them.
